Abstract EN

The study aims to highlight the strategic role played by total quality in realization of social dimension of sustainable development in companies; we have exposed how to consolidate the concepts of TQ in order to adapt the social considerations in the context of sustainable development.

We have reached that there is an average level of the independent variable (total quality strategy) and there is a weak level of the dependent variable (social dimension), and there is a statistically significant role to total quality strategy in achieving the social dimension of sustainable development by an explanatory ability of : 42%, 34%, 30%, this meant that these percentages came from the changes in practices of the dependent variable due to the independent variable.
