This article titled « Impact of privatization on the attractiveness for foreign direct Investment : case study in Algeria » aims to bring light the relation between the programs of privatization and the flows of the foreign direct Investment in Algeria.

In this context, this paper studies themodalities of attractiveness for foreign direct Investment in the context of privatization.

Besides, we will discuss the impact of privatization on foreign direct Investment, and the role of the foreign investors in the process of privatization.

Finally, this paper presents the contribution of the programs of privatization in the attractiveness of foreign direct Investment in Algeria.
