Abstract EN

Many university administrations strove to spread the culture of quality among professors.

Thus, the present study sheds light on the degree of this spread; using the descriptive method based on a questionnaire of 24 paragraphs distributed on two dimensions; the media quality and the encouragement to conduct the quality by a sample group of 52 psychology and economics professors of Batna 1 university.

As a result, the study showed that the degree of university administration spread of quality culture among professors is average; its average account is 2.99 and there were statistically no differences at the level 0.05 of the degree of the spread of culture, this is due to the variables of scientific rank and group members' class.

At the end, the study suggested that the quality culture should be spread in the university through holding training courses, awareness campaigns and conferences for university professors and staff.
