Abstract EN

Oath technique had been increasingly used in the Arabs discourse, so this was the domain that Arabs dealt with intensively.

Consequently, this domain exceeded other syntactic forms by having special regulations that came against its counterparts concerning usage.

Some of these counterparts are the combination of the verb of oath and its particles, the authenticity of oath particles and its alteration, the specialty of the oath particle in the thing sworn by.

Finally, the deviation of some of oath particles and operating these particles while omitted and what linguists think of the realization of them.

Due to the multi forms used to deal with this technique , I decided to do research in some of the special provisions that I tracked in grammar books and clarified its essence.

I also verified and quoted the views of Arabic linguists regarding these forms.
