This study takes the issue of the role of languages in the development of human thought in our contemporary life today, because of the role of language in the development of human thought and in the systematizing of human behavior, which is reflected positively in the stability of the various life systems.

The importance of this paper in the recruitment of vitality of languages and taught to work on the commencing in intellectual growth in the improving of behavior and ethics.

The Researcher uses descriptive analytical method has been used for the findingout the concept of language and the evolution and characteristics show with its role in the development of community.
