Abstract EN
This empirical study aims to analyze the point of view of researchers and banking staff to the new measures created by banking law of 2010.
I attempted to based my theoretical part on the previews laws from the period of 1986 till 2003.on practical side, I have been chosen was a sample of 53 specialized who have already consulted the main information created by the banking law number 10-04 published in August,26th 2010.
