القيادة التحويلية و دورها في تمكين رأس المال الفكري لمواجهة مقاومة التغيير : دراسة ميدانية في المديرية العملية لاتصالات الجزائر بالجلفة

Abstract EN

The change is the most important challenges that faces the Algerian companies, because of the appearance of big variables in their different sides, for that, the need of Transformational Leadership to manage this change in order to reduce the resistance which comes from the insufficiency of empowerment of the intellectual capital and a decrease in the level of the staff development.

This study aim to know the degree of the influence of this Transformational Leadership to empower intellectual capital to face the resistance of the change in the Operational Directions of the Algerian Telecom in Djelfa in which we have used the analytic descriptive method by the use of a questionnaire as a tool to gather data from random sample of about (85) persons of its different staff.

As results taken from this survey the researchers recommend to give importance to the staff’s needs, personal and organizational.

In addition give them more freedom to take decisions to encourage them to have always the initiatives with suggest ideas that may developing the behaviors of the Transformational Leadership to increase the empowerment of the staff to reduce the resistance of the change.
