This paper is interested with the relationship between the Islamic banks and its Islamic control commission to check the independence of the Islamic control commission and its obligatory decisions on the Islamic bank under the non- Islamic banking system , where the researcher finds that the absence of laws from the central bank leads to limit the independence and the commission’s obligatory decisions, that can lead to passive impact on the Islamic banking and its place in the banking market .
