Is the problem of funding from the most important constraints faced by small enterprises and micro-enterprises in Algeria, both in the start-up phase or in the stage of growth and expansion, let me the essence of this problem is the lack of alternatives to funding, which is almost confined to bank loans (usury ), and results in difficulties in dealing with banks, this situation is almost to circulate to all the Arab countries, and therefore we want to highlight the funding alternatives, within this framework within this paper research, where we will try to highlight the funding approach, between Islamic funding, asthmatic funding for these institutions, we will focus on two mechanisms: the experience of the Zakat Fund, the experience of the national agency to support the operation of youth (ANSEJ ), trying to highlight the effects of each of the Islamic financing, and finance Asthmatic, modern economy in Algeria.
