The emotional intelligence is a necessary dimension for leadership and it is not contrary to the academic intelligence, but it is complementary to it, because it gives the leader emotional equability allows him to make good decisions, Where it represents a leader ability to understand and direct himself and even relationships with others efficiently and effectively, this is what gives the leader an unique advantage and assisted in achieving enterprise excellence.
So the excellence continuously needs to innovate for renewal and commitment to work hard in order to achieve the objectives.
There can be achieved only if the leader is publishing the climate that radiates the constructive cooperation and the good moods.
When the leader exceeds the prospects of those around him by caring them, they exceed his prospects in their performance and results.
Also they react with him for achieving his objectives so they reach together the summit.
