Abstract EN

This study tries to focus the light on the governmental procedures within the framework of the negative results of the agreement of association between Algeria and the European Union, in particular in which concerning the interruption of its trade balance in favor of the importations with a big margin, and to make the contributions of these measures, in order to stop the growth of the importations, emanating from the European union, and to encourage the non-hydrocarbon exports,This is by addressing the following points: 1- The Algerian-European partnership agreement; 2- The dismantling of customs privileges and preferences in the framework of the Algerian-EU Partnership Agreement; 3- The reality of Algerian commercial exchanges under the Algerian-EU Partnership Agreement; 4- The actions taken by the Algerian government in order to reduce imports more attention and increase exports out of hydrocarbons.
