The importance of the current study lies in the increasing role of small and medium-sized enterprises in the world's economies, as an appropriate pattern, or the most appropriate one in promoting economic and social development.

This appears clearly in their characteristics, role, and importance, or from Successful development experiences in many countries mainly relying on small and medium-sized enterprises sector in the development of their economies.

Thus, many countries are ncouraged to adopt the concept of business incubators, which is based on the protection, care and strengthening small enterprises to ensure their survival and continuity, and reduce small businesses failure and collapse rates, especially in their early years, in the light of the difficulties and obstacles occurred.

Moreover, the adoption of business incubators concept is likely to encourage entrepreneurship among young people, preparing them for future as entrepreneurs.
