Abstract EN

The Islamic state during the era of prophet Mohamed (Blessings and Peace be upon Him), had a prestigious and a moral (spiritual) value, and Shari’a (Islamic law) was an integral part of it.

It was at the heart of the prophet Mohamed’s (BPUH) concern at that time.

However, the prophet (BPUH) has made great efforts to maintain a prestigious position for the Islamic state on both the internal and external levels, whether with his supporters or opponents.

However, Allah the Almighty did not take his pure soul until his state became distinctly prominent among people of the Arab Gulf.

On the external level, Arabs from different clans and tribes announced their allegiance to the state, while on the internal level he dealt with his local opponents with justice and wisdom.

He taught his people (the believers) how to seek the satisfaction of Allah the Almighty by following the orders and instructions of the Holy Book (the Quran).

This was the distinct feature of the prophetic state: considering the words of Allah and internalizing His presence in people’s souls and minds so that they would follow the straight path voluntarily.

The glorification of state authority was a sacrifice the believer would offer without the need for an observer, as the prophet (BPUH) advised them to glorify state authority.

At that time, both obeying Allah the Almighty and adhering to state authorities went hand in hand with comprehensive order to maintain the state’s prestigious position.
