The UAE legislator was and is still keen to achieve the necessary protection for Islamic religion and other religions and religious beliefs.

In order to ensure the freedom of individuals to practice their religious beliefs, the legislator issued law No.

This law provides for the criminalization of all acts related to the contempt for religions and their sanctuaries and the combat against all forms of discrimination and rejection of hate speech through various means and methods of expression.

The research mainly concentrated on the regulations put by the legislator regarding this kind of crimes.
