دراسة فسلجيه مقارنة لتأثير حامضي الجبرلين و السالسليك في بعض صفات النمو الخضري و المحتوى الكيميائي و الحاصل لنبات الشوفان Avena sativa L. صنف (شفاء)‎

Abstract EN

The study is carried out to examine the effect of (25, 50, 75 and 100) mg/l of Gibberellin acid and Salicylic acid concentrations on the vegetative growth and the chemical composition of oats variety Shifaa , this includes: the plant’s height, number of leaves, assessing percentage of, total chlorophyll, the total amount of carbohydrates, assessing components of yield which includes, the yield bio, weight of thousand grains, results shows that Gibberellic treatments were more effective than Salicylic treatments in all the examined characteristics.

The averages of gibberellic and salicylic treatments were recorded for the plant’s height ( 47.17and 46.24 ) cm, number of leaves ( 9and 8.2 ), assessing overall Chlorophyll ( 6.57, 6.13 ) mg/ 100g wet weight, while the carbohydrates concentrations were ( 27.97, 26.56 ) mcg, the averages general of yield were ( 11.81, 11.244) g, for thousand grains weight ( 32.54,31.66 ) g, for both acids, respectively
