This study conducted at the laboratories in college of Agricultural /Al- Muthana Uni.The experiment included studying of the effect of magnetic technique on the seeds of two Tomato hybrids (Lycopersicon esculentum M.) the study included treating the seeds of Super Rejina and Trascantos hybrids with magnetic technology at different ways: Cntrol (T1), Vertical way for seeds (T2) , horizontal way(T3) , Both vertical and horizontal ways( T4) , sooking seeds in magnetized water for 30min (T5) and 60 min (T6).Completly Randomized Design ( C.R.D.) were used with four replicates and means were compared according to L.S.D.

test at the level 0.05 The results summarized as follows : The seeds of Super Rejina hybrid were significantly increase as compared with the seeds of Trascantos hybrid in the water seeds germination ratio and speed germination with increment ratio reached ( 17% 4.2%) respectively .

the best germination rate was soaking seeds with magnatized water for 60 min.

as compared with control treatment which reached ( 95.6 , 67.4%) respectively.

All magnetized seeds treatments were significantly increase as compared with control treatment In seeds germination and speed was the soaking seeds with magmetized water for ( 60 min.) as compared with control treatment reached ( 8.1 , 12 days) respectively ,but treatments T2 and T3 were increased in activity of peroxidase enzyme reached 30.55 Unit in each of them.

The interaction of Super Rejina hybrid with T6 treatment was superior significant in germination and speed germination reached (97.32% ,8.1 day) respectively ,but Trascantos hybrid with control treatment was superior significant in activity of peroxidase enzyme reached 31.8 Unit.
