To be inspired by heritage and to employ it in prose is considered a distinctive feature in Al-Andalus during the fifth and sixth hijri centuries.

Despite that, this had not been a domain of interest for researchers as an intellectual and specific study excluding superficial implications in some of their publications.

Therefore, this matter deserves an examination in terms of its kinds, manifestations, means of investment, aesthetics, and influences on the structure of the text as a whole .

This study deals with several kinds of religious, literary, and intellectual heritages and investigates how good were intellectuals in employing these kinds as they stored rich, diverse, and resourceful heritages that contributed to their creativity and enriched their texts both technically and objectively.
