Abstract EN

This study aims at investigating “ rain” in the ballad of "rain" anshudat al- matter by Bader Shaker Assayyab in an analytical and ecological study on the basis of the integrative and comprehensive approach benefiting from the interpretative approach.

The study also purports at approximating reality as intended by the poet and connecting it to the southern Iraqi environment.

The study concludes with unprecedented results and implications
