Abstract EN

This studyaims to identify the level of availability of organizationalhealth in Algeriatelecomcompany of Annaba city and to identifydifferences in employees impression towards the availability of organizationalhealthaccordingly to somedemographic variables (sex, educationallevel, experience).

In order to check studypurpeses, researchers have usedanalytic descriptive method and organizationalhealth test ( validity, reliability).

The sample of the studywas 48 employeesamong the total employees of the company.

In order to analyzedata,researchers have usedspss.

Afteranalyzing, results show thatorganizationalhealth in Algeriatelecomcompanyixists in a medium level and thereis a significantdifferences in employees impression in the availability of organizationalhealth due to sexvariable,whilethereis no significantdifferences due to experience variable.
