Abstract EN

The jurists and scientists of Al-Andalus played an important role in urging the Andalusian society for Jihad for Allah's sake This is because they had story authority in the satiety as well as being especially jurists aware of the meaning of Jihad and its rules and importance for Allah's sake and to defend Islam They began to urge peaple by clarifying the rewards of Jihad One of the most effectiveeways used to urge for Jihad is the Jihadi speech which unfortunately rarely exist nowadays maybe as being umrecorded unlike the letters which were the most important way to urge rulers for Jihad These letters were keptin a special office which made it easy for historians to reach and recond them Scientists didn’t find the opportunity to urge people and rulers to raiders and save the Muslim invaded countries and their heritage and doctrines Mosques were the best places for urging for Jihad as well as the scientific sessions about it Also the poems which urge for Jihad had arole in Jihad against Chritians periodically They were read in big mosques on Fridays before big crowd of Muslims to accomplish its purpose to provoke the enthusiasm of Muslims.
