The role played by Emergency plans to reduce the risk and damage resulting from a crisis depends on key business organizations to help achieve the goal of the existence of these plans and this study came to spot light on the importance of Emergency plans in the face of crisis in order to reduce risks and losses implications topics of that will be addressed in this study through: 1-The concept of emergency and evacuation plans.

2- Identification of crisis management operations and disaster and how to apply 3.

How to assess and address the impacts of the crisis.

4-The development of alternative plans for the opposite of any crisis.

Highlighted the obstacles that limit the role of maps plans in the face of crisis.

The most important findings in this study as follows: 1.

The plans have maps prominent and important role in confronting crises and disasters.

That the business organizations to develop an integrated plan, prepared in advance to cope with crises and the possibility of control through the preparation and training their employees on how to address these crises.
