Abstract EN

The research dealt with the development and study of the economic ideas presented by Ibn al-Nafis in the book " Alrissala Al kamillia", which is one of the social sources that Ibn Khaldun studied and reported in writing his famous introduction to the Anthropology.

The book includes a number of economic ideas in the subjects of production, exchange, ownership, distribution and public finance: The concept of production included the process of establishing or increasing utility.

Ibn al-Nafis introduced the production of the spatial benefit resulting from the transfer of the object from its place of availability and its abundance to another place (trade) and the formal benefit that would create or increase the benefit by introducing a change in the form of the material for Human needs, and property benefits that facilitate the exchange process.

He pointed to the need to divide artisanal work in production processes.

He also referred to the issue of exchange by netting as a social necessity imposed by the specialization in business to trade the productive surpluses among individuals.

He also pointed to the conflict of interest or conflict arising from the difference between the dealers on the percentage of the prices of the objects exchanged.

He spoke about the reasons for private property and the means of protecting it.

He divided the reasons for private ownership into what is happening in circulation such as selling and leasing, and what is the lifting of the seizure ,as emancipation .

He called for the need to impose economic legislation to protect private property.

He pointed to the two types of distribution, and stressed the need for balanced distribution (personal) to finance educational and health projects.

As well as revenues and general expenses, income to periodic revenues such as Zakat, extraordinary revenues such as taxes and public expenditure destinations for such revenues, taking into account the specificity and purpose of each income..
