At the moment the administrative decisions taken are no longer a form of intuition and guesswork, or of the methods of trial and error, and it has become based on the distinctive and sophisticated information analysis of quantitative analysis scientific approach, consistent with the orientations of management in the various economic sectors to study the material factors and non-physical problems management proper scientific manner, and using various methods of quantitative statistical methods and operations research, to arrive at a more precise and logical decisions.
