Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to identify the concept of financial and administrative corruption and the mechanisms to combat it from the point view of the Islamic Management thought, on focusing on the problem of illicit enrichment public official.

Through this research we relied on research methodology descriptive that based on desktop scanning (inductive) to building the theoretical framework and look at the writings and previous studies, with the giving a critical analysis Through this research we concluse that the problem of illicit enrichment was not concerned only for junior staff but it was rampant widely among various these employees, also the Islamic Economic Method to deal with problem of illicit enrichment to the staff of the public sector was based on several axes in order to create awareness religious and ethical in the Muslim community
