Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to evaluate the food risk management quality in Alexandria city through hotels and restaurants guests and the food safety knowledge of guests about factors that contribute to food poisoning outbreaks.

The data were collected via two questionnaires, distributed to a sample of hotels and restaurants „guests.

The results generally confirm the importance of these factors, which help explain relative perceptions of well and poorly managed risks.
