The marriage of female minors is considered one of the most serious social practices, prevalent mostly in ruler communities.

This research paper focuses on studying the practices of the marriage of female minors in the rural displaced families and households in the Syrian community in the years of the Syrian crisis.

The sample chosen is of young females under 18 who married during the Syrian crisis, they come from rural households who were displaced.

Their situation along with the reasons and exceptional circumstances of displacement that led to their marriage are analyzed.

The major findings of the research paper: -Displacement of the family is a main reason for marriage of female minors -The marriage of female minors is more a result of the desire of the minor and her family to find a better life, and to find a stable accommodation, rather than the will to get married.

-The female minors chosen in the sample have a low educational level -the female minors suffer from their inability to fulfil their obligations as married women due to their lack of maturity
