Abstract EN

The concentration of economic and social development plans only in cities like, Al-Riyad, Jeddah & Dammam in KSA has led to the attraction of emigrants from different areas of KSA, especially LBAHA region, which became expeller to population since the middle of 1970s until today .

The research aims at exploring the reasons of population expel from ALBAHA area, along with the influence of the internal continuous emigration from ALBAHA region on the population development, the geographic distribution of population in the governorates of the area, and on the age, type, economic, occupational and class structures of the population.

The research also attempts to reveal the relation between the urban and rural areas in the selected region .

The researcher relies on descriptive analytical methodology of the reality of the population life in ALBAHA area ,through the data, statements and recent public census for population and houses ,using the cartographical methodology, in addition to field study ,which included all the governorates in the selected region .

The research came out with the following results: there is a notable decrease in the population development average in ALBAHA area in comparison with rest of KSA areas; there are great differences in the geographic distribution of population between the governorates, with a continuous internal emigration of young males especially from age groups between 20-40 years ,resulting in an increase in females among
