Abstract EN

Today, there is a great spread of psychological pressure and general fatigue because of speed of evolution and advanced technology that increases the burdens of life and thus lead to so-called phenomenon (Job Burnout).

The American psychoanalyst Herbert Freud Nbergr was the first to use this term “burnout” in 1974, he found that those who work in humanitarian jobs services were more vulnerable to job combustion than those working in other professions.

This research seeks to shed light on this phenomenon and analyze its causes and factors in order to find solutions to mitigation its effects and spread in various government institutions.

One of the findings of the research is that we recognized the existence of the problem of Job Burnout among various institutions, and the need for proper scientific dealing in finding some appropriate realistic solutions create a healthy work environment that can contribute to increased levels of employee performance, achieve acceptable job satisfaction and overcome Job Burnout cases.
