Abstract EN

The research tackled the extent to which the organization and planning as a functions of human ressources management contributed to the promotion and development of the sport practice in the Algerian civil protection sector, where the researcher believes that those functions raise the level of the latter, which is reflected in the improvement of the performance of employees to a better public service, knowing that the civil protection needs physical fitness High, where the current fonctions highlighted and proposed future solutions for better administrative management of human resources in a scientific manner and from which to come out with important results that would promote and develop the level of sports practice.
