Abstract EN

The fact that Algerian coastal areas contain various resources makes it the center of most important economical and developement activities, but at the same time makes it vulnerable to various threats that increase the risk of deterioration.

To meet these challenges and in order to ensure the achievement of truly sustainable development, Algeria tends to apply several strategies based on integrated managements This paper aims to highlight the developmental role of Algerian coastal zones , as important poles of development facing multiple challenges ,which requires adoptions of methods for sustainable development ,through gathering and uniting various partners into an unified project so as to benefit the general public.
