Abstract EN

The structural combination carried of the first government after independence under the leadership of President Ben Bella carried a radical changes in the political map of the executive leadership of the country the enrollment of civilian and military elements in the head of departments and ministries within the new Algerian political system and the exclusion, of same characters of the interim government and their allies during the summer crisis of 1962 , that operation has coincided with inauguration of the government of President Ben Bella, in order to complete the major axes of socialism brought by the Charter of Tripoli, may / June 1962 and the application of its provisions, especially concerning the economic and social aspects till the referendum about the next Constitution of the Algerian state.
