Abstract EN

We seek through this paper to publicize the international legal framework which ensures the protection of cultural property from the trafficking and transferred illegally in periods of peace or armed conflict through what is stated in UNESCO agreements international.

We want to clarify the importance of International Corporation to counter the theft of historical patrimony that go beyond the limits of the one state.

As we wish to clarify the package of measures that will allow the return of cultural property to their owners, and to contribute to raising awareness about the consequences of the looting of museums and archaeological sites from the loss of historical memory, archaeological and scientific information that cannot be compensated.
