Abstract EN

The goal of this study is to highlight the role of SMEs in facing the problem of unemployment in Algeria, because of its investment and development importance, resulting from the low cost of its creation and geographical spread wide and their ability to contribute in job creation and reducing unemployment rates, which will help them to make a successful regional development to achieve political and social stability, and contribute in the national economic development.

That’s why Algeria gave a great importance to this sector in order to make use of its advantages in general, in addition to recognizing the great role they play in reducing the repercussions of the unemployment crisis, especially in the current conditions.

We are trying to recognize the real situation of small and medium enterprises and to highlight the active role that they play by identifying the mechanisms that allow them to effectively contribute to the reduction of unemployment.
