The exigent and sustainable ambition of the plastic surgery aims, so far, to reduce the injuries and scars , which simulate the diligent desire in humans for the beauty of the shape and its safeguarding and preservation.

Thus, the seeds of this desire have existed since ancient times.

Gilgamesh wandered in important parts of the Earth to find a plant for his eternity that kept him young without being defeated and dead.

Authors have always been keen, since the beginning of the evolution of plastic surgery, on innovation methods and breakthroughs of alternative scars and hidden incisions which are less visible and dwell in the shadows of anatomical body.

Before we use this new technique of umbilicoplasty, we used to perform umbilical transposition in all cases of full abdominoplasty for women with flabby bellies because of the multiple births.

The basic complaint of the patients dealt with the appearance of circular scar around the umbilicus, especially because it is difficult to hide these scars under the underwear or swimsuit opposite the bottom scar of abdominoplasty.

This challenge has led me to invent my own technique into making an umbilicus without any skin wounds by investing the properties of the skin and fat of the abdominal wall and creating a special architectural design which will be done by the use of threads and stitches that create a relationship between the internal side of adipocutaneous flap and the musculoaponeurotic layer underneath, which results in aesthetic properties for the umbilicus, giving it the funnel form of suitable depth and convex surfaces
