Abstract EN

The objective of this research is to evaluate faculty member in the College of Education Mustansiriya University departments from the viewpoint of graduate students at the college, and to achieve this objective, the researcher developed a questionnaire developed and is made up of six areas are: (the field of preparation and planning for teaching, scientific research, tests and grades, interact with students in the lecture hall, courses, personality traits), and by (48) a paragraph in its final form, using descriptive and analytical approach, with study included 201 male and female students for master's and doctoral degrees in the preparatory phase for the second semester in the academic year 2014/2015, of whom (151 ) master's student, and (50) PhD student, and restricted the study sample at (151) students divided into eight sections (math, physics, computer science, the Koran sciences, Arabic language, geography, history, psychological counseling, educational and psychological sciences ), has been used by the researcher appropriate statistical methods for the consideration of which the weighted average, and percentages, and the results of the study showed that the evaluation of graduate students for the performance of their teachers were highly, and based on these results, the researcher recommended that the attention of faculty members to re-develop their potential teaching staff for this phase in the presence of education development and quality courses, and try to apply the objectives of modern development programs in the exercise of the profession
