the journalistic ethics chartersas much as they are important because it is documents include the ethics of journalism or the rules of professional conduct that a journalist must adhere to and not to derogate from.but the problem of journalistic ethicscharters is that they're just documentsof honornot mandatory (ink on paper),they areauthored by the same sectorjournalists unions,and there isno responsibilityor penaltyapply when these charters are violated,even if there is some of the ethics chartersinclude penalties applied toa journalistwho violates the rules of the profession they are not activatedFor various reasonsthe dilemma discovered by different countries and sought to find solutions to ensure mor effectiveness and mandatory of ethics charters and non-violation her rules by journalists,we believe that this ensuringwill not be possible onlyexcept when we convert these charters into lawsinclude criminal sanctions applied when violating journalistic ethics charters.
