The cost of drainage projects especially covered drainage types play a decisive role in the planning and execution policies of drainage network.

The reasons are related to the choices of different and expensive types of drainage pipes and filters (cover materials called filters) which are used to prevent sedimentation in the drains and to improve the function of the drains by making its environment more porous.

The importance of the porous concrete filter pipe stems from the fact that it combines the roles of both drain and filter in a single element.

And this is what we will highlight in this paper.
