The study of the press positions is regarded as very important in tackling the issues and events of the political systems and regimes.

Also in its impact on the public opinion and political elites.

This is a crucial part of making the political decision in their countries.

The importance of the study positions of Iraqi journal against the American decision that made by the congress in 2015/5/2 which proposes the division of Iraq into three parts without taking the Iraqi government agreement lies in participating the Iraqi journal beside the community and political leadership in displaying their positions against this decision.
