Abstract EN

This study aims to analyze the different institutions and backing bodies of small and medium-sized companies in Algeria, whether financial supporting parties, technical supporting and investment motivating parties.

The study asserted that it should establish an institutional system to follow up and back up the small and medium-sized companies.

Moreover providing the needed financing through preparing and creating new financial procedures that the companies benefit from.

The study also recommended the directing of bank loans to small and medium-sized productive companies with stupendous growth potential, value added and employment creation.
