In this research, we aim to monitor a range of indicators behind the financial crisis in an effort to develop early warning systems that will signal financial turmoil.

In this regard, there are several early warning indicators used to predict the crisis as indicators to assess the performance of institutions and macroeconomics and then classify them and detect financial imbalances in their performance before they are not exposed to financial problems that lead to their collapse.

When analyzing the risks arising within the financial system, It is useful to divide the analysis into indicators based on developments within individual institutions, the impact of crises at the level of these institutions, and other indicators that focus on the financial system as a whole
