The study aimed to identify “the application of electronic management and the satisfaction of the employment in the bank of agriculture and development -agency Guelma– Algeria”, and determine the relation between them, and the study reached a number of results: -The bank applies electronic management with a high degree -The Bank is interested in achieving job satisfaction - Providing the appropriate infrastructure for the application of electronic management, by providing the human, material and technical capabilities necessary in the use of electronic applications.
