Abstract EN

The study focuses mainly on highlighting the role of the National Agency for Supporting Youth Employment (NASYE) in attracting projects managers and offering consultancy and accompaniment, as well as, providing information of economic, legislative and technical nature with the purpose of upgrading SMEs and strengthening the entrepreneurship pillars.

The study attempts to assess the effects of investment programs and financial and tax facilities that are offered to push the pace of local development.

The study also aims to dissect the most important indicators related to the job creation and analyze the implemented policies in order to increase the integration between sectors and the extent of awareness of the various segments of society, including the female employees.

The study reveals the many contributions that the NASYE agency has made yet, it still needs to adapt with the requirements of development and address the discrepancies found between financing and employment at both national and local levels.
