The purpose of this study is to identify the most important determinants that affect the decision-makers when making decisions to invest in fixed assets by conducting an analytical survey of the industrial companies active in the Algerian economy with the same economic characteristics.

To achieve this objective, the study based on a questionnaire in order to monitor the views of decision-makers of a group of companies in the same investment climate, and analyzing these views using statistical programs, In order to reach sound results as a basis for the results of the study.

The study concluded that there are more than one factor affecting the investment decision, the demand for products remains the most notably one, the technical development has less impact, as for The cost of financing is one of the factors that does not significantly affect the funding decision due to the conditions of the local economy, especially in terms of financing
