In light of the banks' domination of the financing of the economy, especially in the face of the high cost of their high interest rate loans, as well as the collateral component that affects limited funding, there has been a need to diversify funding sources which created new financing techniques.

Therefore, this paper will review the most important of these techniques and their contribution to the financing of economic institutions, especially small and medium enterprises or newly established projects, while assessing the Algerian experience in this area
