Clusters are particularly well known in advanced industrialized countries, and have led to great entrepreneurial success.

In this context, the object of our study is to discover the role of the latter in the attraction of venture capital and the causes of success.

The study found that clusters are of great importance in attracting venture capital, and in stimulating innovation.

Moreover, concluded that the capital risk of several advantages, which come in particular from the industrial clusters and to other characteristics specific to the venture capital itself.
