Abstract EN

The following study aims to highlight the importance of human resource management in organizations as the human element is considered as the primary resource to achieve strategic objectives This study also to identify the reality behind applying the human resource management in the Algerian companies, which suffer from many problems most of them related to developing their performance and to creating a real desire to performance well and that through training and motivating them.

The crucial results obtained from the case study, the importance given by the administration to human resource management through staff recruitment, staff training then following and motivating then, the study has also reached a number of recommendations embodied in this study
