Recently,(New Media) appeared to refer to new type of communication using the Internet.

Its enormous potential in the exchange of information.

The new media contains multiple forms, including the form in which users produce by themselves to refer to the entry of a new era of media in which exchange of roles between the sender and the recipient .

This study is trying to identify a new form of media web templates, which is based on the production of film and video, and to attach it to the Internet to by exchanged by millions across the world.

The study focuses on the use of young people for the most famous web sites at the internet that provide this type of media, a site ( YouTube ),in which classification Alexa indicates that the ranking forth globally after yahoo, Google, and amazon.

The American magazine (time) chosen you tube to be personality of the Year in 2006.

This refer to importance of the site and severe impact on International public opinion .
