Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the impact of the long prevailing in the institutions to exchange information and ideas between staff and organizational culture of knowledge and thus to build organizational knowledge in the Algerian institutions.

This is because the organizational knowledge and knowledge management culture values constitute a source of strength and development of the Algerian Foundation, seeks knowledge management to improve organizational performance through the production of a philosophy based on the power of the human mind in the collection of information for u* in solving a specificproblem, and help a culture of knowledge to create a system consists of a set of values and beliefs that have an impact on the behavior of the individual within the organization, and thus application integration of knowledge management with knowledge of culture can enhance and develop the organization's performance to achieve the objectives of all the values of excellence.
