Abstract EN

This study tackles the role of civil community organize in development as there is a witnessed progress and to the increase of the community dreads of the duties and developing programs', resulting from the inability of the government, its institutions and source to fulfill these needs.

And since these needs are legal rights, there should be an extending of the organizations tasks to become a partner in the development process This paper sheds light on the signi afacet role of these organizations, in respect to there dimensions, the soul aspect, the natural aspect and the economical one, to help researchers conduct more studies and researches relevant to this topic in the future.

As well, this paper highlights the challenges that face there organizations, hindering its rolls in the development process.
