Abstract EN

The study aimed to determine the effect of the completion of a difficult task working on the workload, according to self-appreciation using a scale (Nasa-tlx) which consists of six partial workload.

For this purpose, the researcher to design a experimental program included different levels of difficulty of the task performed by the group and with each level assessment of the resulting workload, and where we hope that this study allow for experimental studies in the social sciences field.
